2024 Recycling Permits
The 2024 Recycling Permits will be available for
purchase starting the week of December 18th.
Permit Pricing for the 2024 year:
County Residents* under 65 years of age - $75.00
County Residents* 65 years of age & older - $50.00
(proof of age required)
*Proof of residency is required.
Out of County Residents - $125.00

Exchanges can be made at the Administrative Office located at 51 Newman Road, Hudson. The office is open Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM - 3:45 PM.

PLEASE NOTE:
SHARPS CONTAINERS ARE NOT ACCEPTED AT ANY OF THE SOLID WASTE STATIONS.

Effective October 2022:
Small residential yard waste, which includes grass clippings,
leaves, and twigs will be accepted and charged
a $5.00 minimum (additional $.03/pound).
NO material will be accepted over 2" in diameter.
PLEASE NOTE:
NO LARGE PICK UP LOADS, TRAILER LOADS,
OR DUMP TRUCK LOADS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

COLUMBIA COUNTY SOLID WASTE DEPARTMENT
MISSION STATEMENT
The Columbia County Solid Waste Division provides integrated solid waste management services to the residents and businesses of Columbia County by promoting waste reduction through reuse and recycling, while providing environmentally sound waste management at the most economical cost.
The success of our program is, in part, the result of the interaction between the Solid Waste Department and our County residents. We appreciate and respect the public's interest and welcome your suggestions, comments and recommendations. This cooperation will continue to protect and enhance our beautiful County for future generations.
